Over 17 years, I've helped transform William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty from a $2 billion regional firm into a multi-state enterprise with up to $7 billion in annual sales and the third-largest Sotheby's International Realty affiliate globally. I became COO at 28 and Co-President at 38 by working across every facet of the business: operations, technology, marketing, M&A integration, relocation, accounting, and team leadership.
Our team has navigated six acquisitions, rebuilt the firm's digital infrastructure, and positioned the company as an early adopter of emerging technology. Today I oversee day-to-day operations for 1,100+ advisors across Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, operating from 30 offices, with $6 billion in annual sales volume.
